Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging (including dust bags for handbags)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewelry. These items are final sale unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

Our return process is as streamlined as our minimalist lumbar packs:

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective covers.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service—your return should be as secure as our military-grade payment encryption.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or color? Follow the same return process and include a note specifying your desired exchange. We’ll process your exchange with the same attention to detail we give to our tailored coats collection.

If the exchanged item has a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the remaining balance—handled with the same transparency as our product descriptions.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item (which we check as thoroughly as our quality control team inspects every pair of heels), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges—we handle international returns with the same care as our worldwide shipping options.
